I tried using the analytics to keep track of my progress, but they didn’t help much. The numbers felt confusing and didn’t really match what I expected to see. It kind of gave me the impression that the company is more focused on selling features than actually making the tracking useful for people.

The site kept acting up while I was trying to practice. Like, pages would freeze randomly, and then the login was being weird too. I’d be in the middle of studying and then... nope, stuck again. Just really frustrating when you’re trying to focus.

I reached out to support and waited for days, but I never got a real answer. that kind of thing sticks with me more than anything else, because when something goes wrong, you expect at least a basic response. Frustrating experience.

I just don’t think this was worth the price. I went in expecting a lot more, but after using it, the value really wasn’t there for me. What also annoyed me is how the pricing and policies seem to have these little loopholes where you don’t really feel protected as a customer if it doesn’t meet expectations. It’s frustrating because there are cheaper study options out there that feel more useful and more straightforward. I wouldn’t buy it again unless they seriously change the pricing and make the policies a lot clearer...

I used Optoprep for a few weeks, the practice questions were decent. I was mostly hoping the schedule tools would help me stay organized, but that part ended up feeling more confusing than I expected.

I kept wondering if it was just me or if other people had the same issue, because I had a hard time seeing what I’d already finished and what I was supposed to do next. I felt like I was clicking around trying to figure out the layout more than actually studying.

Maybe the setup works better for people who like a more detailed system, but I personally wanted something simpler and easier to follow. For the price, I expected the planning side to feel a lot smoother.

I expected more for the price. A lot of the questions felt really basic and a few topics were barely touched on. The explanations helped a little but they didn’t go deep enough for me to really understand what I got wrong. It might be fine if you just need a quick review but I wouldn’t rely on it for serious prep

It kind of felt like they found a policy loophole where they can say they provide explanations, but technically giving a tiny explanation doesn’t mean it’s actually helpful. After a while, it felt more like memorizing questions than actually understanding the material.
